These proposals include a three-month gas tax holiday. However, as of the end of June there was nothing concrete being debated by Congress. It will be some time before gas rebates begin to roll out in every state. Although President Obama has suggested an all-national gas tax holiday but has not come across the right legislation to support the holiday.
