The proposals include a three-month fuel tax exemption. But , as of June 30 no concrete plan is currently being contemplated by Congress. It will take a few months before gas rebates start for all states. Although President Obama has suggested the idea of a national holiday for gas taxes, he has not found the right legislation to support the holiday.
