While the federal government isn’t trying to put together any type of stimulus package state legislators and President Biden has proposed a variety of solutions for consumers. These include a 3 month vacation on the gas tax. As of late June there was nothing concrete being considered by Congress. It will be some time before gas rebates begin to be distributed across all states. While President Trump has even proposed an all-national gas tax holiday however, he hasn’t found an appropriate legislation to pay for it.
