These include a 3-month vacation on the gas tax. In the final days of June no concrete plan is currently being debated by Congress. It will be some time before gas rebates begin to be offered to every state. Although the President has been able to propose the idea of a national holiday for gas taxes but he is unable to find any legal way to fund the holiday.
